How do I place an order?
Sign up with your WhatsApp number, log in, then tap “Place an order” on your dashboard. Choose a daily meal or a subscription plan, pick your payment method, and submit.
What is the difference between a daily order and a subscription?
A daily order is one meal for one chosen weekday, paid immediately. A subscription covers several days ahead — 10 days (minimum), 2 weeks, or a month — and is paid upfront.
What are the subscription durations?
10 days (the minimum), 2 weeks, or monthly (4 weeks). You tell us your meal preferences for the period and we sort the rest.
How do I pay?
Orders are paid immediately by transfer or cash, and you upload the receipt.
How will I know my order is ready?
Your dashboard shows live status — Received, Processing, Loading, then Ready for pickup. You’ll also get a message from the Scoop admin in your order chat, and a WhatsApp confirmation.
Where do I pick up my food?
Scoop is at 20 Montgomery Road, Yaba, Lagos. Your floor and seat are saved on each order so we can reach you.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Message the admin from your order page as early as possible. Subscription changes are easiest before the period starts.
